• canonical ICPI runtime in services/svc-icpi
• stale source-tree JS artifacts such as services/svc-tenders/src/server.js and services/svc-tenders/src/repository.js

Migration Residue Status

Migration residue is now removed from svc-tenders.

Canonical migration owner:

• services/svc-icpi/migrations

Invocation status:

• package.json migrate:all now includes migrate:icpi
• package.json migrate:icpi remains available for ICPI-only work

Notes

• svc-tenders remains active for non-ICPI domains.
• This package removes the old ICPI service runtime slice only.
• The remaining ICPI cleanup area inside svc-tenders is stale compiled JS residue, not active route/runtime or migration code.
